This is a great picture of some second grade students working on turkey calls. They came to our school for a field trip. My students taught them in four areas: the lab (where they analyzed pond water), the classroom (where they learned about wild turkeys and made the cool turkey call), the field area (where they played a came from PROJECT WILD), and the outdoor classroom (where they learned about Arkansas's plants and animals). It was such a fun day and my students learned as much as the second graders!
